Booking Information
How to Book: Through contact form, email, whatsapp or call.
Trial Stay: An overnight trial stay is mandatory for all first-time guests before any further reservations. The trial stay costs €59. If a dog shows unsocial or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.
What to Bring
Dog’s passport.
Food, snacks, toys and medicine (if needed).
Updates and Communication
Daily updates, including photos and videos, will be sent via WhatsApp.
Payment Options
Payments are kindly requested in advance and can be made by cash, Payconiq, or bank transfer.
Health Requirements
Dogs must be vaccinated with up-to-date DHP, Leptospirosis, and Kennel Cough.
The vaccinations must cover the entire period of stay.
Dog's flea, tick and deworming preventive treatments must be up to date.
We reserve the right to decline unspayed or unneutered dogs if they are not compatible with our current guests.
Rabies vaccination is mandatory for dogs come from abroad.
Unacceptable Breeds
We cannot accommodate breeds prone to aggression or excessive barking, such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Cane Corsos.
Owner Responsibilities
Owners must supply food for their dog’s stay.
Owners are responsible for covering the cost of any damages their dog may cause to our property.
Hondinn is not liable for kennel cough outbreaks. Any related vet or medication costs will be charged to the owner.
In case of illness or emergency, Hondinn has the right to consult our contracted veterinarian (DAPDDD). All costs will be charged to the owner.
Owners must provide an emergency contact who can collect the dog if needed.
By booking with Hondinn, you consent to photos or videos of your dog being shared privately with you and potentially on our social media, unless you opt out in writing.
Policies
Despite best care and supervision, Hondinn cannot be held responsible for injury, escape, or loss of life due to unforeseen behavior, medical complications, or events beyond our control.
Hondinn reserves the right to refuse entry if health, vaccination, or behavioral conditions are not met.
For future-dated reservations, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking..
Reservation fees are non-refundable.
Dogs not collected within seven days without notice will be considered abandoned.
