GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Information

How to book
Reservations can be made via contact form, email, WhatsApp, or phone.

Trial Stay
A trial overnight stay is mandatory for all new guests before future bookings, in order to observe adaptability and personality. As a boutique dog hotel in a residential area, we cannot tolerate aggression or excessive barking.
The cost of the trial stay is €59.

If a dog shows unsocial or disruptive behaviour, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

Our main communication language is English.

2. What to Bring

• Dog passport

• Food, snacks, toys, and any required medication

3. Updates & Communication

Daily updates, including photos and videos, are shared via WhatsApp.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in advance via cash, Payconiq, or bank transfer.

For future reservations, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
All reservation fees are non-refundable.

5. Health Requirements

Dogs must be properly vaccinated against:

• DHP

• Leptospirosis

• Kennel Cough

All vaccinations must remain valid throughout the entire stay.

Preventative treatments for fleas, ticks, and worms must be up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse unneutered or unspayed dogs if they are not compatible with our current guests.

Dogs coming from abroad must have a valid rabies vaccination.

6. Non-Accepted Breeds

We cannot accept breeds that may be prone to aggressive behaviour or excessive barking, such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Cane Corsos.

7. Owner Responsibilities

Owners must provide sufficient food for the full duration of the stay.

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to our property.

Hondinn is not liable for outbreaks of kennel cough. Any related veterinary or medication costs will be charged to the owner.

In case of illness or emergency, Hondinn has the right to contact our designated veterinarian. All related costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Owners must provide an emergency contact person who can collect the dog if necessary.

By booking with Hondinn, you agree that photos and videos of your dog may be shared with you and may be used on our social media, unless you explicitly decline this in writing.

8. Policy

Despite our best care and supervision, Hondinn cannot be held liable for injuries, escape, or death resulting from unforeseen behaviour, medical conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Hondinn reserves the right to refuse admission if health, vaccination, or behavioural requirements are not met.

Dogs that are not collected within seven days without prior notice will be considered abandoned.
